Welcome to Villa Lisa, a spacious and beautifully designed private Zanzibar beach villa that exudes an authentic African style. Offering approx. 350 m² for up to 10 guests, Villa Lisa boasts breathtaking views of the mesmerizing Indian Ocean. In adherence to eco-tourism guidelines, the villa is designed without air conditioning. However, rest assured that the rooms remain cool and refreshed, thanks to the gentle ocean breeze that permeates the space.

THE DOUBLE ROOMS

The ground floor double bedrooms offer stunning views of the Indian Ocean. Each one features a comfortable king-size bed, mosquito nets and fans to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
To further enhance the comfort and convenience of your stay, each ground floor bedroom boasts its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and a luxurious space for relaxation.
Adjacent to the bedrooms, the pool lounge beckon you to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. This inviting sitting area is the perfect spot to relax and socialize after taking a dip in the private infinity pool.

Continuing on the ground floor, nestled between the two double rooms, you will find a charming twin room. Two comfortable single beds, each adorned with mosquito nets, make a restful night’s sleep. Like the double rooms, the twin room features a ceiling fan to provide a pleasant breeze and ensure a comfortable atmosphere. For added convenience and privacy, the twin room also boasts its own en-suite bathroom.

THE AFRICAN LOUNGE

Ascending to the first floor, you will discover the remarkable African Lounge, an expansive open space that spans the entire floor. This vast area is designed for relaxation, socializing, and flexible usage. Two additional double beds are available, providing the unmatched experience of sleeping in the open while feeling the gentle ocean breeze.
Multiple sitting areas and a dedicated working space with a desk provide a convenient area not just to relax, but also to attend to business matters. Catch up on work while enjoying the serene atmosphere! Just like the other rooms, the African Lounge features mosquito nets and fans and an en-suite bathroom.
